My question is how do I get started as a owner operator using My dually with a 40 ft. flatbed float trailer? How do I get started?

I'm not sure what you're calling a float trailer, but you should really find a company to lease on with for right now. If not, browse around for some load boards. For DOT # and such, go to www.dotauthority.com and they can help with that part. My Hot Shot knowledge is pretty slim. Fuel is getting pretty bad and some large companies are starting to shut down.
