Trucking: PUC License & IFP Sticker, car trailer, state authority

Question
Do you need a PUC License to haul a 3 car trailer? Do you need a IFP Sticker to cross state lines.  I'm located in California and may want to haul to Oregon.   Thank you.

Gina, Sorry I am not famiar with your PUC License, unless you are referring to a state authority which would be required to pick up and deliver goods for hire within a state.  Do you mean IFTA sticker ? That would be a fuel permit and sticker required for certain vehicles depending on size and type of fuel used.   J P
