Trucking: WORK, freightmasters, schneider

I have my own authorty a new truck 2007KW W900L why is it so hard to put it to work ? what can I do everyone I speak to all take o/o what companys take contractors so I can run under my authorty and pull someone's trailer I do not have a trailer but I have the truck. Should I lease a trailer ?

leasing or buying a trailer may be a good idea, try Schneider, freightmasters,and other large companies. they have a program that you can pull their freight and trailer under your authority. they will give you a percentage, usually around 65-78%. Mike
