Trucking: Hot Shot, field suppliers, dodge 3500

I currently own a Dodge 3500 w/ a 40ft flat bed. I am wanting to get into the hotshot industry. I have done lots of research and feel that I am aware of all the license, insurance, and DOT regulations. I have past knowlege of DOT regulations from the repo business and have been studying to catch up on the others. I am wanting to firt start with a company that will lease my truck and trailer. I live in Lubbock TX and would like to find something reasonably close. Do you know of any companies in the panhandle area you would recommend me checking with?

I don't know how far you want to run, but you can look at the following companies.

In your area, with a lot of oil fields, a few calls should get you loaded and hauling in no time.  I would contact some area oil field suppliers and see who they use to ship, then contact those companies.
