I operate a semi tranporting equipment two times a year.  Do I need a log book?

Hi Sandy,  You will need to log when you drive a commercial vehicle.  You will make out one log sheet for 7 previous days and then log the trip. (you are required to have logs for previous 7 days when you drive)  Save these logs for 6 months. Drive Safely.  Website:  longdataser.com  J P Long
