What do you mean by Assessorial cost ?

Accessorial charges are generally added cost for additional services above and beyond the basic transportation rate.

Most carriers publish their accessials in a "rules tariff" and the larger carriers will post the rules on their web sites.  Specialized carriers might also have rules and accessials unique to their specialty.  Hope this helps.  Jim
