Is there a website that will tell me what each state requirement is for vehicles that need to pull into weigh stations?  All commercial vehicles, Vehicles over 10,000lbs, etc.

It's for the Federal Motor Safety Administration.  Their number in Washington DC is 1-800-832-5660.  Give them a call and they should be able to help you out.
