Truck Repair: Cummins M11 Injector, Valve, and Jake break adustment, cummins m11, accurate adjustment

I adjusted the valve, injector, and jake break according to specification but it still isn't working properly. Any advice?

If you could get me your engine serial number. so i can look it up. What do you mean by not working properly? is the top end knocking. If it sounds like the exhaust valve isn't closing all the way i can almost bet that your jake is tightened down to far. Have had problems with guys in my shop the Jake adjustment on 5 and 6 are up against the firewall and hard to get a accurate adjustment on. But give me afew more details and your serial number and can be of more help to you.
