Truck Repair: Freightliner trucks wont start., cummins n14, cummins m11

I have 2 freightliner trucks. 1997 FLD120 Cummins N14 and 1999 FLD112 Cummins M11 in Logos, Nigeria. At moment they both won't start. One showed Check Engine and Stop Engine when it started at first, but presently it is not starting. The N14 won't start. The mechanic said it was the Nozzle( injector) they try to fix it but won't start. What do you think is/are the problem(s)? If I want to Swap the Engines what engine will be suitable and easy to repair in Nigeria for both trucks. I would like to mention that they were both exported to Nigeria in a 40" Container.

ECM controlled engines are better troubleshot when the fault code is indicated. This will pinpoint the problem or series of active faults and inactive ones. I advise that you get in touch with  Cummins West Africa at Ijora Lagos who has the facility to carry out proper troubleshooting

To swap or repower the trucks without much problems, you can get an N14 manual injector and L10 cummins respectively. There  definitely will be a reduction in power but I assure you that these will work well.
