QuestionI have a 1994 chevy truck i replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump and it still wont start. One minute it gets fuel and then the next it wont. Whats the problem?

First thing I would do is connect a fuel pressure tester, and see if pressure remained when the truck isn't getting fuel, or if it drops.
If the pressure is still there, then the injectors are not getting a signal for some reason. Crankshaft sensor, ECM, wire connector, loose fuse, etc.
If the pressure drops, causing the lack of fuel, check the pressure regulator, fuel pump relay, or a wire connection.
