Truck Repair: old ford dump w/ntc350 cummins, cummins engine, old ford

Trying to find specs for valve lash and fuel timing.  Older '85 Ford LN9000 w/cummins engine.  Could not find a plate on engine w/model or arrangement.  Was told it is a NTC350 ?  Also, I am trying to find where to get parts/repair manuals for this and other older machines.  You have a place?

Is it a STC or just a manual engine?They ajust differently.This procedure is for TOP STOP injectors.
