Truck Repair: Cummins 290 L-10 Injector & Valve Adjustment, jake brakes, snap on tools

Hi, Can you please give me the valve, injector & Jake brake clearance and settings for the  mechanical Cummins 290 L-10. (not M-11)

If this is a manual top-stop injector:
         Valve                  Inj
   A       5                     3
   B       3                     6
   C       6                     2
   A       2                     4
   B       4                     1
   C       1                     5
Specs are 0.014 Int & 0.027 Ex   The injector requires a special "T" torque wrench part# 3376592 for the injector.
The Jake Brake setting is 0.015.Well you have Jake Brakes & that requires an adaptor to adjust injector with brakes on the eng since the bolts hold the brakes & rocker levers down.I got mine from Snap On tools.
