 Expain  how  the  E.C.M  operates  and how  operate on an engine.
 2.what  is the difference between Electronic fuel lnjection  and  Digital  fuel lnjectoin.

First I never heard of Digital Fuel Injection.The ECM does not operate,its the brain that tells everything else what to do.ECM stands for Electronic Control Module.It monitors sensors & switches and adjust fuel & timing to get the best performance & MPG out of the engine.Well thats a simple explaination but it really more complicated than that.
