Truck Repair: N-14 no start, wire weather, drive oil

I have a n-14 that wont start , there is power to the computer but not to the fuel solinoid, i have hot wired the fuel solinoid, I now have fuel pressure, but still wont start. it will however run on starting fluid. Any assisance would be greatly appreciated. See us at www.truckdown.com Thank you!

First are there any fault codes besides the 255 you put in there?Possible EPS sensor problem.It is located under the accy drive(between the accy drive & oil pump)Had a 4 wire weather pak plug.ECM could be bad,but that would be the last resort & at $2500+ I would surely get it checked first.
