What are the torque specs and pattern if possible for a 1995 3.9 V-6 ,250 Van,heads&intake.Thanks Ron.

Hello Ron,
Not only are there specs, but there is a pattern for tightening them, so looking at a manual would be the best idea.
Some parts houses will let you look through a manual.
Then Hastings has manuals you can sit and look at.
last, there is the public library. In the refference section, they have lots of manuals, and you can make copies of the pages you need.
