Truck Repair: electrical problem, windshield wiper, light socket

A late model 1989 chev 1 ton blows turn signal fuse,has no taillights,no dash lights,windshield wiper intermitt,cruise intermit,could this all be related or  each a problem ? common problem to this chev?  thank you

I think the wiper is a separate problem, and may even be covered by a campaign.
The others all go through the ignition switch, and could also have a pretty common ground under the dash.
But that isn't a common problem, and a poor ground wouldn't blow a fuse, so you have a short somewhere, which could be in a tail light socket.
