Vintage Cars: Vintage Ford Car Serial # Identification, serial identification, vintage ford

I'm looking at a 1950 For two door vehicle, but don't have a clue as to what model it is.  Found serial # (BOD120816) on a plate on firewall under the hood.  Also stamped on the firewall in large letters is # (DLC723412CC103D).  Any ideas on this one?

those numbers seem to be lacking some order.  Are you certian those are not "o" instead of a "0"
take a look here , if it is a Ford the data plate should look like what is on these pages
