Vintage Cars: Need help with identification, old cars, studebaker

Question

Unknown Car   While traveling from Rochester NY to Niagra Falls, I saw this car for sale.  I took a picture because I love old cars, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

Can you tell me the make and model, and maybe a good guesstimate of the year?

Off the top I'd say a modified Buick or a Studebaker. But I am going to do a little more research. Ill be back to you with more info

Ok not either of those.  I really think it is a NASH , the side chrome is what leads me to believe that is what it is or started as - it is modified, and not all original but I would guess a 1950-1952 Nash .

Emphasis on GUESS :)
