WE HAVE A 57 CHEVY BEL AIR AND WANT TO FIND OUT THE ORIGINAL PAINT COLOR. WHERE CAN WE FIND THIS? IT'S NOT IN THE VIN#.

There's a data plate with the paint code, but I'm not sure where you'd find it in a '57 Bel Air.  You need to do a Google or Yahoo! search for something like "1955-1957 classic Chevy forums."  Once you find a site with a forum where you can ask questions, you'll have found a place where experts on the '57 can help you with your quest.
