Vintage Cars: Atlanta Assembly Plant, public debut, production numbers

Question
When did they start the production of the 1949 ford and when did they stop and when did they start the 1950 and then stop and start the 1951? Also what was the total production numbers for each year?

The '49 made its public debut at dealers on June 18th, 1948, so full-scale production would have started some time in May.  Not sure when the '50 and '51 started up, but model-year production was as follows:

1949   1,118,308
1950   1,208,912
1951   1,013,381

Search the Internet and you'll find several clubs with websites devoted to the '49-'51 Fords.  They'll be able to provide most of the info you're looking for.
