i'm having a hard time locating these items to restore my grandparents original 65 merc monterey can you please help?

The top company for reproduction rubber parts is Steele.

here is a link.  I checked and they seem to have everything you need.  Remember the FORD parts are probably exactly the same on most everything but trim items.
