The 2007 Honda CR-V has some very fancy features for locking and unlocking the doors. The car can be set to lock and unlock one door or multiple doors depending on whether your car is in park, where your key is or at what speed the car is traveling. If all of this locking and unlocking has you overwhelmed, you can reset the door locks to only lock or unlock with the lock controls.
Shift into park and open the driver's side door.
Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position.
Engage the vehicle's parking brake.
Hold the front end of the master lock switch on the driver's side door for five seconds until you hear a clicking sound.
Turn the key to the "Off" position within five seconds.
Shift into park and open the driver's side door.
Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position.
Engage the vehicle's parking brake.
Hold the rear portion of the master lock switch on the driver's side door for five seconds until you hear a clicking sound.
Turn the key to the "Off" position within five seconds.
