Some states, such as Indiana, Kentucky and Arizona, do not require a front license plant for an automobile. The majority of states do, though. All cars come with a specified place on the front and rear bumper that makes it easy to attach the license plate. An after-market bracket is often used to prevent the plate from getting dinged up or dirty.
Locate the point on the Town & Country's front bumper where the plate is attached.
Place the plate in a bracket if one is being used.
Hold the bracket or the naked plate up to the bumper so that its holes and the bumper holes match.
Screw the bracket onto the bumper using the provided screws. Hand tighten only.
