A 2005 Dodge Caravan takes standard wiper blades that will fit onto a J-hook. This hook is located at the end of the wiper arm. There is no need to buy replacement blades at your Dodge dealer. Other brands, like Anco, Pylon, Michelin, Rain-X and Bosch, fit the Caravan and are available at attractive prices at discount stores.
Visit the Pylon website (see Resources). They have an online guide for wiperblade sizes. Pylon's guide has the Caravan needing a size 16 rear blade, size 26 passenger side, and size 28 driver side.
Visit the retailer of your choice and purchase all three blades.
Lift the wiper blades off the glass. Look for a safety tab at the center of the blade and press it. This should release the blade.
Slide the old blades off of the J-hooks.
Slide a new blade on the wiper arm's J-hook. Listen for a clicking sound, as that means the wiper blade's safety mechanism is engaged and the blade is securely fastened. To be sure, however, pull the blade a little more securely onto the hook.
Repeat Step 5 for the remaining blades you need to install.
