The Audi Q7 is a crossover sport-utility vehicle that is designed with a luxurious interior with a seating capacity of seven. The service engine indicator on the dashboard illuminates when there is a problem with the engine. You'll need a VAG service and air bag reset tool to reset it. It can be found at most auto parts stores.
Turn off the ignition.
Place the reset tool into the diagnostic system, found near the Audi's hood release latch.
Press the reset tool's "Select" button.
Turn on the ignition, but do not start the engine.
Press the "Enter" button on the tool and wait 10 seconds for the tool's lights to come on.
Turn off the ignition. Remove the reset tool from the Audi Q7.
