We searched every row of the SEMA show this past November for the latest and greatest products from companies that serve the aftermarket community. Then we searched outside of the SEMA show and found a few parts that may have otherwise slipped our attention. REV™ Series Carbon Fiber Driveshafts

QA1's REV™ Series carbon fiber driveshafts fit a variety of popular applications as well as custom configurations and are lighter, stiffer and stronger than aluminum, steel and other carbon fiber designs, all while providing dramatic safety benefits. These driveshafts are available in both a 3.2" diameter with a 1310 U-joint for cars with up to 750 horsepower and max torque of 500 lb*ft and a 3.7" diameter with a 1350 U-joint for vehicles with up to 2000 horsepower and 1500 lb*ft of torque.

QA1 worked with 3M™ to develop an exclusive Matrix Resin and uses the latest filament-winding equipment, a proprietary 11-step bonding process and high strength alloy U-joints. While other carbon fiber shafts are often made by cutting universal pre-made tubes to length, having the entire filament winding process in-house allows QA1 to design and wind their driveshafts for specific applications by customizing tube length, wall thickness and pattern.
