These nifty small video cameras can be placed almost anywhere, and the image quality you get out of them is simply excellent, especially considering the size and price point. Ideal for recording motorsports, the newest generation, the Hero 3, is now available in three configurations and starts at just $199.

When it comes to EMS and tuning solutions, AEM is a big fish. The newest EMS system, the Infinity, is designed to give incredible access into nearly every aspect of tuning, and for almost any motor. Currently there is a plug and play application for Toyota Supra (2JZ), and coming soon the Honda B, H, K and D series, and Mitsubishi 4G63.

KW Suspensions has come up with a great new coilover system that allows you to control damping adjustments directly from your iPod, iPhone or iPad (Android coming soon). The Dynamic Damping Control (DDC) system allows you to use preexisting settings from KW, or save up to 5 of your own presets. This will be advantageous for on the fly adjustments, like during a race or track day when you don’t have time to change your settings manually.

In car entertainment is one sector of the tuning world that has always been on the cutting edge, with companies like Pioneer leading the way. Pioneer has several new lines of products, including a new line of in-dash multimedia receivers and 5 new single disk receivers, all with features such as Pandora internet radio connectivity, USB input playback, and Pioneer’s own Mixtrax digital DJ technology. The Borg Warner EFR (Engineered For racing) product line has created big waves in the boosted car community. This year, they announced a new compact EFR-7163, a turbo capable of incredible power while maintaining relatively low mass and physical housing size.

When it’s time to put the squeeze on, turn to Brembo for one of it’s infamous big brake kit upgrades. The new kit for the R35 GT-R consists of a carbon 380mm rotor and 6-piston caliper.

Cusco has a ton of new stuff available for the FR-S and BRZ, including this ignition voltage capacitor (top) and this hot new direct ignition coil set (bottom). These parts don’t come cheap, but you’ll be glad you upgraded the ignition department if you plan to make any sort of serious power with your FA20.
