Regulator Spring
Strictly Diesel has released this custom Driven Diesel regulator spring that will run the high-pressure FASS Titanium or Platinum series pumps at 75 psi (these pumps are pre-set to 55 psi for the 7.3L and 6.0L Ford Power Strokes). When using one of these pumps with an aftermarket regulated-return fuel system (or any other method of increasing fuel pressure), there can be pressure drop problems. Using the Driven Diesel 75-psi pressure spring, fuel systems can be run at the more common 60 to 65 psi and still have some “overhead” to maintain pressure when the demand on the fuel rail increases.
