AEM's cold-air intake system expands to include 2009-2013 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 trucks with 4.8-, 5.3-, and 6.2-liter engines. The airbox is designed to pull cool air into the engine with claimed gains of up to 10 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque over stock. The system consists of a rotational molded plastic airbox and molded high-density polyethylene air intake tube with a washable and reusable 5-inch oval, high-performance dry flow air filter.
