Product Spotlight: TRW Combined Receiver with Remote Keyless Entry and TPMS

This isn’t a typical consumer product spotlight. TRW Automotive was recently contracted by a major Asian automaker to source receivers that will handle both remote keyless entry and tire pressure monitoring systems. The integrated receiver/ECU will have the full functionality of independent RKE and TPMS systems but reduces overall vehicle weight and wiring, which in turn lowers component and assembly costs.
